During our discussion we talked about the “Magic Spell for the Far Journey”.
Thoughts that came up in my mind when I went back to go read it the line “land that is nowhere, that is the true home.” It made me think of when people fantasize or great these images of what “returning” back to being how they were before, or imaging how they SHOULD be or COULD be - it almost becomes like a un-home vision for themselves. It is not home because it is not rooted in reality or the present state of their body. If instead they are able to focus on the “nowhere” which is now - maybe their thoughts will be grounded in truth and acceptance of there their body is now. And hopefully that will inspire a sense of action and change that they are willing to make themselves in order to nourish their bodies and do more self healing.
