Is this a realistic target, do you feel?
I feel like it is an unrealistic target however I appreciate the attempt. It seems unrealistic because it is not clear how he is going to make this accessible not only for people living in the state but people traveling in and out of the state. Is he going to be handing out free cars to people who can not afford buying a new one? Is he going to still have gasoline stations available for people with older models who still have gasoline powered cars? Also, if someone travels out of state, will the person still have access to services? (Thinking along the lines of extreme where someone who might have reasonable access to engineers here but then would be forced to pay twice as much out of state because of the lack of resources in other states)(Also, obviously my car knowledge is limited so excuse my rough description of what I person would need to fix a car haha)
Overall, making goals are good, and in addition they need to make sure sure it won't negatively impact people who do not have the funds to follow this new style.
Class was fun today and enjoyed hearing people's thoughts on 5G. Its already being promoted by cell phone companies and little is said about the harmful effects it could have. Also businesses rarely give people an option to not have it on their phones with the assumption of "why wouldn't people want the most updated and fast working network?".
